About Us

Hawaii-grown coffee is the second most valuable commodity produced in the state of Hawaii, with an annual production value of over $48 million, and representative of approximately 900 coffee farms over each of the islands. Our coffee growers have access to modern technology, information, and resources commonly available in the USA, and farm workers earn federal wages, often including health care and benefits.

Despite the strong numbers, Hawaii-grown coffee accounts for only .04% of the global coffee production, making it a rare find outside of the island chain. The Hawaii Coffee Industry website serves to provide valuable and impartial information covering coffee growing regions, varieties, cultivars and statistics.
